Mississippi Robotics
Mississippi Robotics (MR) is a division of STEM Advancement Inc, an not-for-profit corporation engaged in creating and providing a common curriculum for enhanced outside-of-school training in the physical and life sciences for rural and inner city students across Mississippi. This training is centered around hands-on engineering sciences and robotics courses. MR identifies a local church or ministry partner that is already working with K-12 students and assists them in organizing for the MR curriculum. MR trains staff and teachers as well as teaches courses as necessary. MR will also organize competitions, camps and conferences to encourage and motivate students in the STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). The MR curriculum extends from 5th – 12th grades.
