We organize, mentor and/or teach a variety of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics and robotics) classes based on the needs of our educational partners. All classes are taught on location of the educational partners. These classes can be any of the following for grades 4th – 12th.
Robotics (Beginning to advanced) Solar Cars Water Rockets Bridge/Water Tower Building Electricity Tool Identifications Drones R/C Cars Programming Website Design Computer Design Computer Applications Virtual Reality Intro To Engineering (College-level) Mathematics (all levels) ACT Testing
Affiliate Schools – Mississippi Robotics offers an Affiliate Schools program to any school or organization that wants to work with us in developing a STEM/Robotics presense. See details here.
A typical school year has programs for the following, during school and afterschool:
Robotics – Elementary Robotics – Middle School Robotics – High School Competition Teams – Mississippi Robotics STEM/SUMO Competition – usually Oct Competition Teams – MATE Underwater Robotics – usually April Competition Teams – World War II Robotics Competition – usually March/April Competition Teams also participate in FIRST FTC, VEX, and BEST Competitions.
Two educational partners are working to qualify high school teams into the state FIRST Robotics Championships. 200 elementary, middle, and high school teams were entered into our STEM/SUMO Robotics Competition in 2020.
