June 5th – 7th (3 days) Rising 6th – 12th Grades – ONE STUDENT – TEACHER OPENING

June 19th – 21st (3 days) Rising 6th – 8th Grades – FULL / CLOSED

1.8 CEU Credits for teachers that attend with students.

  • Introduction to Mechatronics
  • 3-day courses Tue-Thur
  • Hands-on with real equipment
  • Teachers/Adult $125 plus $25 for CEU certificate from MSU.
  • Students $75. A teacher or adult must attend with each student.

“Mechatronics is a multidisciplinary field of science that includes a combination of mechanical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, systems engineering and control engineering. training.”  I guess I could say Mechatronics is the end result of STEM teaching.  Factory and home automation is Mechatronics. The Nissan vehicle assembly plant is centered around Mechatronics.  For Mississippi, Mechatronics is a very big deal.  It’s here now, we just don’t know it.
